Application and production process

The corrugating machine is mainly used for corrugating aluminum foil to be separator in filter. Machine frame mainly with aluminum alloy ensures the accuracy and easy adjustment. Ergonomic design makes roller changing and operation convenient. The machine may produce paper separator with optional the module for paper corrugating.

Production process

Turn on the tension →Edges turn-up→ Media to be corrugated→ Measure size and cut automatically→ Collection..

1,Media roll control system: Including air bulking roller and tension brake control system. The process and product quality are very steady. 
2,Media Entrance to corrugate: Several rollers to provide tension and make foil flat. 
3,Edge turn-up unit: Foil edges are doubled in order to make the edges stronger and not sharp. 
4,Corrugating roller unit: Roller unit replaceable and the different specification are available. 
5,Length measurement and cutting: Pneumatic cutting and photoelectric size measurement, high accuracy and speed. 
6,Product collection: Sensor detect and automatic collection. 
7,Electric system: Cabinet and panel, speed control, length measurement, counting…
